Since, I learned English Reading
Strategies subject. I learned about a healthy diet, news stories, today's technology, fashion, west
meets east, scanning, extensive
reading, read faster, paragraph reading strategies and classic Ann Landers.
The lesson is very useful and important very much. I can use
reading strategies skills to read faster and understand main ideas. I think the
vocabulary is difficult. I couldn’t speak pronunciation correctly. I opened
dictionary online. I try to do my best.
In my opinion, a healthy diet,
fashion and news stories were
easy for me. Because vocabulary is not difficult and story easier to read and
understand.
I thought scanning, extensive
reading, read faster and paragraph reading strategies were difficult and I did
not understand some content. But I solve my problems by do exercises myself. I
need more practice reading .Sometimes I asked my friends and found the some
vocabulary before class. Sometimes, I felt bad that I can't did exercise and
not understand it, but I tried to practice and asked my friends about each
problem.

Classic Ann Landers

Last Monday 14th November, I learned about Classic Ann Landers. The teacher gave me the handout. She assigned us to read letters that someone sent to Ann Landers. She opened the Cambridge dictionary to find some words for teaching us about pronunciation and meaning of its.
I meet the vocabulary are difficult
and I did not understand some content. I used skimming, scanning, finding the
main idea. Then, she assigned me to do exercise. I got many vocabularies. I
cannot do the exercise of this unit. I found difficult words, phrases and main
idea.
Next, I read the letter to Ann
Landers. After that, the teacher asked us to make the group and write the
response. This is the response that I read.
I solve my problems by do
exercises myself. Sometimes I asked my friends and found the some vocabulary before
class. Sometimes, I felt bad that I can't did exercise and not understand it,
but I tried to practice and asked my friends about each problem.

to summarize eight short describe of books and novel with friends.Then, she
opened the Cambridge dictionary for teaching us to pronounce some words follow.
I used the skimming, scanning,
and reading faster for read eight short describe.I usually read every word.I
think, I found the obstacles for read faster. I felt happy for this lesson.I
can’t answer the question correctly but I will try my best.

"Extensive reading continues" and "Read faster"

Last Monday 31st October, I studied about “Extensive reading” that continued from last week ago and started to learn about “Read faster”. The teacher talked about the homework.Then, the teacher told us about “fluency is more important than accuracy.” Before she was corrective, she opened the Cambridge dictionary for teaching “how to pronounce” and “what is the meaning” of the words reluctant, effective, consistent, elective, and acquire.

After that, she gave us the handout that was about “Read faster”. Before I learned this lesson, she told us to speak with my partner about “How do you improve your speaking, listening, and writing skills” and “How do you read in English”. I did the next activities that about “Hints for reading practice”. First, the teacher asked us to read the passage so fast and do not stop. Then, we answered the questions about this story.
Then, the teacher assigned us to think and talk with my friend that was about “What are obstacles to faster reading. So, I told my friend that “I think we may be worrying the meaning of difficult words that we don’t know while we read.”
I found the difficult word that I didn’t see before. So, I solve this problem by guessing the meaning from the context. I found the faster reading that was easy and good for me because of it made me used the time for reading decrease from the past. I used skimming, scanning, and guessing the meaning for read in this less.
